Dechinta Centre for Research and Learning
Annual General Meeting (AGM)

In accordance with the bylaws of the Dechinta Centre for Research and Learning, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be convened as follows:

Date: December 19, 2025

Time: 9:00-10:30 MT

Location: Zoom (link to follow)

The purpose of the AGM is to:

  1. Present and review the annual reports, including financial statements and organizational updates;

  2. Address any business arising from the previous year;

  3. Conduct any additional matters properly brought before the membership.

All members in good standing are invited to attend.  Members wishing to add an agenda item must do so in accordance with the deadlines and procedures outlined in the bylaws.
